- Product photos must be actual images of the food you prepare, not stock photos
5. Order Fulfillment
As a seller, you are responsible for:

- Ensuring orders are ready for pickup at the designated time
- Maintaining food at proper temperatures until pickup
- Communicating promptly with customers about any issues or delays
6. Commission & Payments
madeByMaa charges a commission on each sale, which covers:
- Platform maintenance and development
- Marketing and customer acquisition
- Payment processing fees
- Customer support services
Payments to sellers are processed weekly via direct bank transfer. Detailed sales reports are available in your seller dashboard.
7. Customer Service
Sellers are expected to provide excellent customer service:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Honor your return/refund policy as stated in your seller profile
- Maintain a minimum average rating of 4.0 stars
8. Termination
madeByMaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Violation of food safety standards
- Consistently low customer ratings
- Failure to fulfill orders as promised
- Violation of any terms in this policy
- Any illegal or unethical activities
